MAIL ORDER DRUGS

How do I fill a prescription through Mercy Care Advantage's network mail order pharmacy service?

You can use our network mail-order pharmacy service, Express Scripts, to fill prescriptions for what we call "maintenance drugs." These are drugs that you take regularly for a chronic or long-term medical condition. These are the only drugs available through our mail-order service.

For a list of classes of maintenance drugs, click HERE. You may also get a 90-day supply of maintenance drugs at Mercy Care Advantage pharmacies.

To order, call Mercy Care Advantage Member Services at (602) 263-3000 or (800) 624-3879 TTY/TDD (866) 602- 1982 (M-F 8 a.m.-5p.m.) to request a mail order form.

Take the form to your doctor and ask your doctor to write a new prescription(s) for up to the maximum mail order day supply. Fill out the order form completely, including your member ID#, your doctor's name, medications you are taking and any allergies, illnesses or medical conditions you may have.

Mail the order form and the prescription(s) to:
Express Scripts
PO Box 52123
Phoenix, AZ 85072

When you order prescription drugs through the network mail-order pharmacy service, you must order at least a 75-day supply, and no more than a 90-day supply of the drug. Generally, it takes Express Scripts 7-10 days to process your order and ship it to you. However, please allow 14 days for the initial mail order fill. If you have not received an order within 14 calendar days of when you sent it, call Express Scripts Customer Service at (888) 201-5853 for assistance.
