A convenient and secure login is available for Mercy Care Plan providers to:
- Verify eligibility
- Find a doctor or specialist
- Submit prior authorizations
- Look up claims status
- Review policies and guidelines
During the registration process, Mercy Care Plan providers will assign a Primary
Representative from their office. A provider's office has only one primary representative.
If necessary, the primary representative is allowed to add authorized representatives
within their office to their account.
