Mercy Care Plan/Mercy Care Advantage is required to keep your health information private. One of the ways we do this is by telling you about your privacy rights. Please read the "Notice of Privacy Practices" below. It tells you how Mercy Care Plan/Mercy Care Advantage uses and gives out your health information.
