Member Eligibility Verification

In order to verify Member Eligibility, you will need to log on to the Above Health website (an MCP secure website). This website is available for Mercy Care Plan Providers to:

• Verify eligibility
• Find a doctor or specialist
• Submit prior authorizations
• Look up claims status
• Review policies and guidelines

During the registration process, Mercy Care Plan providers will assign a Primary Representative from their office. A provider's office has only one primary representative. If necessary, the primary representative is allowed to add authorized representatives within their office to their account.
