Diabetes Classes for MCA Members

Mercy Care Advantage is here for members with diabetes. We provide support and education to help you live a quality life.

Classes for members are held for one hour a week for four weeks. Sample topics include:

  • Reducing the risk of diabetic complications
  • Glucose monitoring
  • Common treatments for diabetes
  • Guidelines for healthy eating
  • How to achieve and maintain your desired body weight
