To keep our members' eyes in the best health, it’s important they receive the right services at the right times. Mercy Care Advantage offers members the following services:

| Eyewear-glasses, contacts ($175 limit for eyeglasses and frames per year) | $ copay |
| Outpatient physician services for eye care. | $0 copay for one (1) pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses after each cataract surgery* |
| For people who are at high risk of glaucoma, such as people with a family history of glaucoma, people with diabetes, and African-Americans who are age 50 and older: glaucoma screening once per year | |
| One pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses after each cataract surgery that includes insertion of an intraocular lens. Corrective lenses/frames (and replacements) needed after a cataract removal without a lens implant. | 0% or 0% - 20% of the cost for eye exams to diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the eye* |
AHCCCS pays a portion of the costs.
