Behavioral Health Services
All ALTCS members are eligible to receive behavioral health services through Mercy Care Plan. Mercy Care Plan is considered the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for behavioral health services in the ALTCS program. Therefore, any member currently enrolled in a RBHA, such as Magellan, and approved for ALTCS services, must disenroll from the current RBHA provider and MCP ALTCS will take over coordination of all behavioral health services.
