Behavioral Health Services
All ALTCS enrollees are eligible to receive behavioral health services through Mercy Care Plan. Mercy Care Plan is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for behavioral health services in the ALTCS program. Therefore, any member who is currently enrolled in another RBHA, such as Magellan, and is approved for ALTCS services, will need to disenroll from the community RBHA provider and MCP ALTCS will coordinate all behavioral health services.
