AARP
A membership organization for Americans over age 50. AARP focuses on issues related to health and financial security and livable communities.

Alzheimer's Association Desert Southwest Chapter
The organization’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease and reduce the risk of dementia. They also work to provide and enhance care and support.

Area Agency on Aging, Region One
A non-profit organization serving:

• Adults older than 60
• Individuals of any age with HIV/AIDS
• Adults 18 years older with disabilities and long-term care needs
• Family caregivers

Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)
The state agency that manages the Medicaid program in Arizona using federal and state funds. AHCCCS contracts with managed-care health plans to deliver medical services to eligible members.

Arizona Center on Aging
Promotes healthy and functional lives for older adults through research, education and training. Provides information and programs on aging for caregivers.

Behavioral Health Services
This website provides a brief overview of public behavioral health services in Arizona. In addition, this website includes links to each of the Regional Behavioral Health Authorities (RBHA) in the state of Arizona.

Department of Economic Security
Provides assistance services and programs.

Duet
Focuses on improving the quality of life for older adults. Particular attention directed toward homebound elders and adults with disabilities, family caregivers, and grandparents raising grandchildren.

Offers wide range of services for seniors, adults with disabilities and their caregivers.

Muhammad Ali Parkinson's Research Center
A resource for people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders and their families. Provides support groups, education and more.

National Alliance for Caregiving
Nonprofit coalition dedicated to issues related to family caregiving providing educational resources, tip sheets and event information.

National Institute on Aging
Conducts and fosters research efforts and provides information about aging and related research advances to doctors and the public.

Solutions for Better Aging
Provides information about aging to caregivers, as well as references to various resources.
