Living Wills and Other Advance Directives

We never want to think about the end of life. But it’s important to plan everyone to plan for it. Even if you are not sick or injured now, you should consider what kind of care you would want if you were. What if you were unable to express your wishes?

Advance directives are documents that protect your right to refuse health care you do not want or to request care you do want. Mercy Care Plan has written policies to help you arrange for your wishes about advance directives to be honored.
