DD Member Representative

Members enrolled in the DD program have access to a Mercy Care Plan DD member representative. As their primary contact at Mercy Care Plan, the representative helps members with:

  • Getting a prior authorization
  • Finding a provider
  • Communicating with the state’s DDD office
  • Coordinating care
  • Getting behavioral health services
