DDD Liaison

Members enrolled in the DDD program have access to a Mercy Care Plan DDD liaison. As their primary contact at Mercy Care Plan, the liaison helps members with:

  • Getting a prior authorization
  • Finding a provider
  • Communicating with the state’s DDD office
  • Coordinating care
  • Getting behavioral health services
