Practice Guidelines/Tool Kits
The CHILD/ADOLESCENT clinical tool kits are intended to assist the PCP in assessing the needs of the child/adolescent, ranging in age 5 years old to 17 years old regarding ADHD, Anxiety, or Depression, and decisions regarding health care services provided by the PCP or subsequent referral to the RHBA if clinically indicated.
The ADULT clinical tool kits are intended to assist the PCP in assessing the needs of the adult regarding ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, or Post-Natal depression, and decisions regarding health care services provided by the PCP or subsequent referral to the RHBA if clinically indicated.
