Mercy Care Plan is a managed care organization that provides health care services to people in Arizona's Medicaid program. This program is called the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), which includes members enrolled in Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Mercy Care Advantage is a managed care organization with a Medicare contract that provides health care services and prescription drug coverage to members enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. Mercy Care Advantage is available in Maricopa, Pima and Santa Cruz Counties.
